Refund policy
Return for Store Credit
We want you to love your purchase! If your item doesn't fit or isn't as expected, we're happy to offer a return for store credit. Please note that we issue store credit only minus the return shipping fee; we do not offer card refunds for standard returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. Items need to be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at contact@spotlight-collection.com
2. If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and send it back to us.
Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at contact@spotlight-collection.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include a photo of the damaged item in your email. After inspection, a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement will be initiated.
Store Credit & Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
For approved returns: Your store credit (minus the cost of the return shipping) will be automatically issued via email within 5 business days.
For damaged/defective refunds: Please allow up to 15 business days for the full refund to process back to your original payment method, depending on your bank.
